Training Officer – $5,000 Joining Bonus for Singaporeans & PRs

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Training Officer to design, deliver and evaluate training programmes for our workforce. The role offers a $5,000 joining bonus for Singaporean citizens and permanent residents.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with managers to identify training needs and schedule sessions.
• Design and develop effective training programmes and materials.
• Select and book appropriate venues for seminars and workshops.
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and one‑on‑one training sessions.
• Prepare educational content such as module summaries and videos.
• Support and mentor new employees during onboarding.
• Maintain attendance records and other training documentation.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
• Monitor employee performance and response to training initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma in any field.
• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) – preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., WLF, ACLP) – preferred.
• Willingness to learn operation of all SATS GSE for training purposes.
• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools – preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Confident presenter with good time‑management skills.
• Strong critical‑thinking and decision‑making abilities.
