About the role

The Transport Officer in the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the Singapore Police Force is responsible for managing the department’s vehicle fleet and overseeing the registration, storage and disposal of case exhibits. The role provides essential logistical support to ensure smooth operations across CID.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain CID’s vehicle fleet to ensure operational readiness.
• Register, store and preserve case exhibits, maintaining the chain of evidence.
• Track movements, storage and disposal of vehicle and other case exhibits.
• Provide logistical support for CID’s overall operations.

Required profile

• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Meticulous in planning, documentation and audit.
• Proficient in English.
• Prior logistics experience is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic computer knowledge for day‑to‑day communications.
• Ability to operate inventory management systems.
