Key responsibilities

• Guide clients through travel options and provide tailored consultation.
• Search, book, and confirm travel reservations using BCD Travel tools.
• Provide clients with up‑to‑date information on fares, exchange rates, and penalties.
• Follow up on client requests within promised timeframes.
• Maintain current knowledge of supplier rules and travel industry regulations.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑service oriented role.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills in English.
