Urgent Sales Coordinator – West Region

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and precious‑metal hedging orders. You will coordinate order processing, liaise with operations, logistics, finance and compliance teams, and ensure timely delivery and payment.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries, process orders and communicate directly with customers for precious‑metal hedging transactions.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics to guarantee smooth, on‑time delivery of all orders.
• Work with the finance team to secure timely customer payments.
• Maintain compliance with GST, import/export regulations and NEA licensing requirements.
• Update and renew due‑diligence records and ensure system data is accurate and current.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or order management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good mathematical calculation skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Outlook.
• Basic knowledge of SAP.
