Vice President, Global Process Innovation

About the role

The Vice President, Global Process Innovation leads a worldwide team that drives process improvements, patents, pilots, and scalable implementations to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency. This senior leader combines visionary thinking with disciplined execution to turn innovative concepts into measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Build, lead, and inspire a multidisciplinary innovation organization covering process engineering, data science, robotics, applied AI, and emerging technologies.
• Define vision, operating model, performance standards, and develop leadership capability within the team.
• Own a portfolio of high‑impact initiatives, prioritize based on strategic impact, ROI, risk, and scalability, and ensure smooth transition from concept to operational deployment.
• Implement clear stage‑gates, success metrics, and adoption plans to eliminate pilot stagnation and drive scaling, integration, or retirement of innovations.
• Serve as trusted advisor to corporate and property leadership, translating business challenges into actionable innovation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify pain points, co‑create solutions, and lead execution through production deployment.
• Represent the company externally with technology partners, startups, research institutions, and universities to shape strategic partnerships and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Develop lean processes for identifying, evaluating, funding, piloting, patenting, and implementing innovations, and maintain a repository of knowledge and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in business innovation, engineering, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, electrical engineering, or a scientific discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale programs and complex projects.
