Vice President of People

About the role

IRVINS, a fast‑growing premium snack brand, is seeking a Vice President of People to shape its global people agenda. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a core member of the leadership team, driving culture, performance, and talent across Singapore, the USA, China and future markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define, communicate and execute a unified people strategy across all geographies.
• Partner with the CEO and senior leaders on organisational design, workforce planning and culture building.
• Lead end‑to‑end performance management, fostering a data‑driven, continuous feedback environment.
• Design and implement talent acquisition and retention programmes for office, manufacturing, retail and supply‑chain functions.
• Build scalable HR foundations for high‑growth offices, ensuring compliance and readiness.
• Champion factory and retail workforces with programmes that boost productivity, safety and employee pride.
• Drive HR technology, analytics and automation to shift the team from administrative to strategic.
• Create and deliver learning & development initiatives tailored to diverse teams.
