Vice President, Product Development & Investment Services

About the role

Clifford Capital Asset Management (CCAM) is building a regulated asset‑management platform in Singapore. Reporting to the Executive Director of Product Development & Investment Services, the Vice President will lead the creation, launch and ongoing management of investment products, funds and client solutions across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product development, fund structuring and strategic initiatives, translating investment strategies into viable product structures and mandates.
• Conduct market, competitor and investor research to inform product strategy and platform growth.
• Manage product approval processes, governance documentation and senior stakeholder recommendations.
• Oversee product documentation, fund terms, investor materials and ensure accurate, consistent communication.
• Lead investor reporting, performance updates, due‑diligence responses and RFP inputs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Finance and external providers—to deliver fund launches and product enhancements.
• Prepare senior‑management updates, maintain audit trails and enforce regulatory and control discipline.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in an asset manager, fund manager, investment bank, private‑credit platform, insurance asset‑management firm or similar institutional investment environment.
• Strong understanding of investment funds, private‑credit strategies, institutional investors and fund‑management structures.
• Proven experience in fund launches, product governance and investor reporting processes.
• Excellent project‑management and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
