Visiting Associate Professor - Nanophotonics

About the role

The Division of Physics and Applied Physics (PAP) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU Singapore) is inviting applications for a Visiting Associate Professor position in Nanophotonics. The holder will collaborate with PAP colleagues on quantum and topological photonic metamaterials and metasurfaces, time-crystal photonics and nanoimaging, and will take part in externally funded projects and collaborations with other NTU schools.

Required profile

• Ph.D. degree in physics, photonics, optoelectronics or a closely related field.
• More than 10 years of experience in cutting-edge research in nanophotonics materials and devices.
• Demonstrated ability to obtain external grants.
• Regular publication in top-tier journals such as the Nature and Science family.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of the latest research directions in metamaterials and metasurfaces.
• Expertise in nanofabrication and nano-optics characterization techniques.
