Warehouse and Logistics Manager

About the role

The Warehouse and Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and transportation logistics. This role ensures compliance with safety and quality standards while optimizing performance and managing relationships with third‑party logistics providers and global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team to ensure warehouse facilities, equipment, and inventory records (receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping) meet internal and external safety, industry, and audit standards.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize inventory, space utilization, and partnerships with internal and external providers for operational efficiency and audit readiness.
• Determine cost‑effective delivery routes and Service Level Agreements for internal and external customers, ensuring regulatory compliance and on‑time delivery.
• Coach, develop, and manage warehouse and logistics staff, balancing workload, implementing performance management, and delivering training and feedback.
• Drive Lean savings initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee deviation management and change control processes, supporting improvements in operational effectiveness.

• Proven leadership experience in warehouse and logistics environments.
• Strong strategic planning and execution abilities.
• Knowledge of safety, regulatory, and audit requirements.
• Experience managing third‑party logistics providers and global stakeholder relationships.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and Lean methodologies.
