Warehouse Assistant – Full-time in Tampines, Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our beauty product supply operation in Tampines. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming goods accurately.
• Pick and issue stock according to approved requests or orders.
• Update inventory records using basic computer systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain accurate stock records and supporting documentation.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report any inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage and overall warehouse cleanliness.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods as needed.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other related warehouse duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary‑school education or equivalent qualification.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience in warehouse, storekeeping or inventory management is advantageous.
• Comfortable performing hands‑on warehouse duties such as stock handling, loading and unloading.
