About the role
The Warehouse Assistant will support daily operations at our Singapore facility, handling cargo movement and ensuring accurate stock records. This full‑time position works closely with the Warehouse Coordinator to keep inbound and outbound processes running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload cargoes from containers.
- Perform general warehousing and housekeeping duties.
- Manage the complete job process from inbound to outbound.
- Maintain proper administration and documentation for all warehouse activities.
- Ensure accurate records of stock and cargo.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Coordinator on day‑to‑day operations.
- Undertake ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Proactive attitude towards clients and staff.
- High integrity and strong commitment.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- Availability to work half‑day on Saturdays.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from SGD 2,200 to SGD 2,700 per month.
- Full‑time permanent employment.
- Working hours: Monday‑Friday 9 am‑6 pm, Saturday 9:30 am‑6 pm.
