Warehouse Assistant

About the role

The Warehouse Assistant will support daily warehouse operations, ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, and delivered efficiently. You will help maintain accurate inventory, assist with logistics coordination, and provide support for events and ad‑hoc tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Handle receiving, picking, packing, and storing of goods while keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Prepare, label, and load/unload shipments to ensure timely delivery to outlets or customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock movements, report discrepancies, and assist with regular stock counts.
• Provide logistics support for events and perform additional operational duties as required.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (fresh graduates may apply).
• Basic understanding of receiving, picking, packing, and stock management procedures.
• Physically fit and able to lift or move goods safely.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work well within a team.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and support events when needed.
