Warehouse & Logistics Assistant Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Warehouse & Logistics Assistant Manager to oversee our warehouse inventory and ensure our vending machines and retail locations are consistently well‑stocked. You will manage product receipt, storage, tracking and coordinate replenishment across multiple channels. This operational role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations, receive and organise incoming products, and maintain proper storage conditions (chilled and ambient).
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, monitor expiry dates, and ensure FIFO/FEFO rotation.
• Identify and escalates slow‑moving, damaged, missing or near‑expiry stock.
• Plan and execute regular replenishment of Hypha vending machines and retail locations, picking and delivering the correct SKUs in the right quantities.
• Restock machines neatly according to merchandising guidelines and report any stock or machine issues.
• Monitor stock levels across warehouse, vending machines and retail sites, and work with operations to forecast replenishment needs.

Required profile

• Organised and detail‑oriented.
• Physically active and able to handle manual tasks.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Junior‑level experience or willingness to learn in a logistics environment.
