Warehouse & Logistics Officer

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Warehouse & Logistics Officer to manage daily warehouse operations and coordinate logistics activities. The role involves handling documentation, supporting inventory control, and ensuring smooth communication with drivers, suppliers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare delivery orders, invoices and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, freight forwarders and customers.
• Update inventory and stock records in the system.
• Handle goods receiving and dispatch documentation.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Perform data entry and filing tasks.
• Arrange transport and delivery schedules.
• Support stock‑take and inventory control activities.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding shipment status.
• Ensure warehouse records are accurate and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Minimum N‑Level / O‑Level / ITE / Diploma; logistics or supply‑chain qualification is a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail for paperwork and data entry.
• Basic knowledge of inventory or warehouse processes.
