Warehouse & Logistics Technician (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Warehouse & Logistics Technician to support our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The role involves handling inventory, ensuring proper storage conditions, and complying with GMP/GDP and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming pharmaceutical products, updating inventory records promptly.
• Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile inventory, monitor expiry dates, and implement stock rotation.
• Maintain warehouse conditions (temperature, humidity) and perform routine quality inspections.
• Prepare products for local distribution and export, coordinating with transport teams.
• Dispense raw and packaging materials for production and support temperature‑mapping activities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP regulations, health‑safety standards, and support audit readiness.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all inventory transactions and assist in audit reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education or relevant certificate.
• Valid forklift and reach‑truck driving certification preferred.
• Ability to perform manual handling and warehouse duties.
