Warehouse Operator – 5.5 Days/Office Hours

About the role

Join UPS as a Warehouse Operator working a 5.5‑day schedule within regular office hours. You will be part of a dynamic warehouse team, responsible for handling, storing, and moving goods efficiently while supporting the overall logistics flow.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick and issue materials accurately according to priority.
• Pick or put away stocks/materials to and from storage bins.
• Handle, sort and verify physical stock against documentation.
• Perform cycle‑counts and receive indirect materials on behalf of end users.
• Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and production store facilities.
• Upkeep and maintain materials‑handling equipment.
• Observe and comply with standard operating procedures and health & safety guidelines.
• Operate across all warehouse functions to ensure smooth workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum O‑Level/N‑Level/Nitec qualification; diploma is a plus.
• Physically fit and able to lift 15‑25 kg.
• Forklift licence preferred.
• Experience operating reach trucks and pallet jacks.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Hands‑on experience in warehouse or distribution environments is advantageous.
• Service‑oriented, able to multitask, tidy, and work well in a team.
