Warehouse Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our logistics team at DSV. The role involves handling inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting daily operational targets in a safe, organized environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all warehouse safety, quality and operating procedures.
• Maintain 5S standards to keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Perform inbound receiving, outbound dispatch and cycle count activities accurately and on time.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials, reporting any damage or discrepancies.
• Support the Supervisor in meeting daily KPIs and operational targets.
• Handle material movement, stocktaking, inventory updates and documentation control.
• Ensure delivery notes, inventory records and other documentation are accurate and submitted promptly.
• Participate in process‑improvement, safety programmes and operational enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum Secondary School / NTC / N Level qualification or equivalent.
• Entry‑level candidates with a positive learning attitude are welcome; prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift, carry and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime or weekends as required.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory control).
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory system data entry.
• Forklift operation licence (or willingness to be trained).
