About the role
Veolia Water Technologies, part of the Veolia group, provides water treatment technologies and services in 120 countries. This full-time Technician position is based in Singapore and reports to the Engineer, Service. The technician provides service at the client's site according to the service contract agreement.
Key responsibilities
- Provide services including technical advice, system monitoring and maintenance, troubleshooting, and piping and repair work
- Raise safety awareness at site and ensure a safe working environment
- Perform minor troubleshooting and respond to system abnormalities, reporting them to the supervisor
- Record all data and information in the monitoring checklist on time
- Carry out physical and SCADA system monitoring
- Replenish chemicals
- Apply the safety and quality procedures for the operations covered by the contract
Required profile
- Post-secondary or technical education in engineering (civil, environmental or chemical)
- Able to communicate in simple English
- Based in Singapore
