Wealth Learning Advisor & Trainer

About the role

Citi is seeking a Wealth Learning Advisor & Trainer to join its Human Resources team in Singapore. The role combines curriculum delivery, stakeholder partnership, and performance support to help associates develop the skills needed for wealth management and client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and facilitate onboarding, product, system and leadership training both in‑person and virtually.
• Partner with global and regional colleagues to align training priorities with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Citi Learning, LIS/LERM teams to ensure program effectiveness and share insights.
• Provide performance support to newly trained associates and monitor progress.
• Manage classroom environments, timelines, and post‑training reporting.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with Citi policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant Learning & Development or training experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work under tight timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
