Welder & Flame Cutter

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Welder & Flame Cutter to join our manufacturing team on Jurong Island. The successful candidate will work on fabricating, assembling and repairing structural metal components and truck bodies, ensuring high‑quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble structural metal parts using appropriate welding techniques.
• Perform gas cutting operations to shape and trim metal components.
• Repair and maintain truck body structures and other fabricated items.
• Inspect completed work for quality, dimensional accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in safe, operational condition.

Required profile

• Professional experience in welding and flame cutting within an industrial setting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.
• Physical stamina to handle manual tasks and work in a workshop environment.
