About the role
We are looking for a Workplace Safety and Health Officer to implement and enforce safety measures across our construction projects in Singapore. The role involves ensuring compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and related regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and enforce workplace safety and health measures in line with the WSH Act and regulations.
- Conduct regular worksite safety inspections, identify hazards, and recommend corrective actions.
- Supervise workers to ensure adherence to Safe Work Procedures and risk assessments.
- Organise monthly Safety Committee meetings and prepare safety reports.
- Maintain WSH records, inspection checklists, and safety documentation.
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and liaise with MOM and other authorities.
Required profile
- Registered WSH Officer with MOM.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and occupational safety management.
- Proactive with strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
