About the role

Join an industry‑leading organization as an Operational Health and Safety Specialist on a 1‑year renewable contract offering up to S$4,500 per month. You will oversee site activities to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor site operations to guarantee compliance with safety regulations.
• Address non‑compliance incidents and provide actionable safety guidance.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures, safety inductions and routine drills.
• Collect and analyse safety performance data and support incident investigation reporting.
• Monitor operational risks across departments and drive health‑and‑safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Valid certification in supervising or assessing confined‑space operations.
• Prior experience managing workplace safety and health protocols in industrial settings.
• Strong communication skills for safety orientations and team counselling.
• Willingness to work a six‑day workweek.
• Practical understanding of emergency preparedness plans and incident reporting procedures.
