360 Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic 360 Recruitment Consultant to own the full recruitment cycle and build strong relationships with key accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor, designing account strategies that drive revenue growth and improve client retention.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a portfolio of strategic accounts.
• Develop and execute account plans that identify revenue opportunities.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align talent solutions with client needs.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics and revenue performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business.
• Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, sales consulting, or business intelligence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload.
