About the role
The Account Bookkeeper will ensure timely and accurate month‑end closing and maintain organized accounting records for the company.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and consolidate month‑end accounts accurately and on schedule.
- Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, payments and receipts.
- Liaise with auditors and external parties on finance‑related matters.
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Perform ad‑hoc accounting duties as assigned by management.
Required profile
- Diploma in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and GST/tax matters.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with accounting software (preferred).
