Account Management Intern

About the role

We are looking for an Account Management Intern to support foodpanda’s restaurant partners in Singapore. The role reports to the Account Management Team Lead (Restaurants) and the Head of Account Management, and offers exposure to content optimisation, commercial analysis and operational compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support content updates for key brands, manage onboarding, off‑boarding and menu setup for restaurant merchants on the platform.
• Conduct deep‑dive commercial analysis, monitor project KPIs, build dashboards and present findings to stakeholders.
• Evaluate partner operational compliance and use data to streamline partner classifications.
• Participate in high‑impact commercial activities and ad‑hoc data requests.

Required profile

• Keen sense of customer behaviour and how content quality influences purchasing decisions.
• Strong analytical and independent thinking skills, comfortable with data‑oriented work.
• Interest in eCommerce operations; ability to work in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment.
• Good presentation skills using Powerpoint or Prezi.
