Account Management & Operations Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to join our Regional Market Development Centre. In this role you will manage client accounts, drive sales initiatives and ensure smooth operational execution across developing regions.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand needs, present product value and build trusted relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfil client requirements and resolve issues.
• Collect and analyse consumer data, monitor market trends and provide competitor feedback.
• Maintain accurate inventory and account records.
• Coordinate pre‑sales and post‑sales activities, ensuring timely order processing and delivery.
• Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs and conduct key‑account analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing, preferably with regional exposure.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify gaps.
• Willingness to travel to developing countries for business discussions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with AWS services.
