Account Manager – Digital Marketing (SGD 54k-72k)

About the role

Our client, a performance‑driven digital marketing agency in Singapore, is seeking a commercially‑mindset Account Manager to own key client relationships and drive long‑term growth. Reporting to senior leadership and collaborating with SEO, paid media and social specialists, you will translate client objectives into integrated, data‑backed strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, developing long‑term roadmaps that move beyond daily tasks.
• Identify performance risks and market opportunities using data‑driven hypotheses, and guide specialist teams with clear briefs.
• Own account retention and growth, leading renewal conversations, forecasting revenue changes, and spotting upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
• Provide strategic advice across multiple digital channels, deliver actionable insights through performance reporting, and maintain up‑to‑date client documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, client servicing or a related field.
• Strong conceptual understanding of digital channels such as SEO, Meta, Google and organic social.
• Proven track record of growing and retaining client accounts.
• Ability to translate high‑level business goals into structured digital strategies.
• Prior agency experience is a plus; candidates from in‑house roles are also welcome.
