Account Manager (Luxury Consultant)

About the role

CXG, a global customer experience company founded in 2006 and working with 200+ luxury brands, is hiring an experienced Account Manager (Luxury Consultant) for its Singapore office. You will work closely with global teams to build lasting client relationships, coordinate with internal departments and present to executive and board-level stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with luxury and premium brands to help them transform and grow their business through customer experience.
• Maintain and nurture your client portfolio with white-glove service and added value.
• Work with international teams to design methodologies, develop new solutions and advise clients.
• Manage the whole account, including stakeholders, internal departments, budget and quality of deliverables.
• Handle project management, from proposal to execution and delivery.
• Deliver insightful, engaging face-to-face presentations to C-level executives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Administration, Business, Management or a related field.
• 4+ years of work experience, preferably in retail and/or a client-facing B2B role.
• Passion for the luxury industry and customer experience.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin fluency is an advantage.
