Account Manager – Media, Content & Influencer Campaigns

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager or Senior Account Executive to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of integrated media, content and influencer campaigns for a diverse client portfolio. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring projects stay on schedule and on brief, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of media plans across traditional and digital channels, translating client briefs into clear recommendations.
• Coordinate with media owners, publishers, platforms and vendors to implement campaign plans, managing timelines, budgets and documentation.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare interim and post‑campaign reports, and deliver insights and recommendations.
• Plan and manage social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, staying abreast of emerging trends.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop content themes, copy, visuals and assets.
• Oversee community‑management guidelines, contest mechanics and engagement‑driven activations.
• Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations and pitch materials.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing skills with confidence in day‑to‑day communications.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Analytical mindset to turn campaign data into actionable insights.
• For senior candidates, experience guiding junior team members and contributing to team development.

Required skills

• Media planning across TV, print, outdoor, radio, digital and social channels.
• Social media platform knowledge (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Campaign performance tracking and reporting.
