Account Manager – Oncology

About the role

The Account Manager – Oncology will serve as the primary liaison between oncology healthcare professionals and our internal teams in Singapore. You will ensure that patient care remains central to every interaction while driving growth of our oncology portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep insights into each key account’s objectives, workflows and pain points.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, clinic managers and other stakeholders.
• Design and execute customised engagement plans that address specific customer needs.
• Monitor performance metrics, own sales targets and take accountability for results.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that improve patient outcomes.
• Share market insights and support franchise‑level initiatives.
• Take ownership of the overall growth of the oncology portfolio within assigned accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales, preferably within oncology.
• Strong understanding of oncology clinical workflows and stakeholder dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commitment to patient benefit and collaborative teamwork.
