Account Manager – Unified Communications (AV/UC)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to drive sales of Unified Communications (UC), audiovisual (AV) and IT solutions to enterprise, multinational and government clients in Singapore. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of UC, multimedia and IT solutions to enterprise, MNC and government clients.
• Develop and execute account strategies, identify new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, referrals and internal leads.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and propose tailored technology solutions.
• Provide professional pre‑sales and post‑sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in UC, IT, SaaS or solution sales.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑driven with a positive attitude.
