Accountant – 3‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are looking for an Accountant to join our Southeast Asia Accounting and Finance team on a three‑month fixed‑term contract. You will support the timely and accurate delivery of accounting and financial operations across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day accounting tasks such as general ledger postings, journal entries, and oversight of accounts payable and receivable.
• Execute balance‑sheet reconciliations and prepare financial reports.
• Support month‑end closing activities, ensuring accurate transaction recording and meeting deadlines.
• Prepare and assist with monthly financial reporting requirements.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, accounting policies and audit standards, escalating any exceptions.
• Document accounting processes, reconciliations and reporting deliverables with clear audit trails.
• Collaborate with the SEA Finance Team to resolve queries and improve process consistency across the region.
