Accountant – Finance Consolidation (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking an Accountant specialized in Finance Consolidation to join our regional headquarters in Singapore. You will be responsible for preparing consolidated group accounts and supporting month‑end and year‑end processes in line with group policies and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated group accounts according to group accounting policies and statutory requirements.
• Perform bookkeeping for assigned entities, including journal postings in the accounting system.
• Own monthly accounting processes such as AR, AP, GL, recharges and payment processing.
• Support year‑end closing, statutory financial statements, and GST/income tax filings.
• Assist with external audit queries and coordinate with service providers, auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with finance and tax filing requirements, audits, and internal procedures.
• Support new corporate processes and system implementations.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or CPA, CA Singapore, or ACCA certification.
• 2+ years of consolidation experience, preferably from a Big 4 audit background.
• Strong knowledge of accounting consolidation and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong documentation and organizational abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solver with good interpersonal and communication skills.
