Accountant – Finance & Treasury

About the role

Conda Capital is seeking a highly skilled Accountant to support its expanding finance function. The role combines day‑to‑day bookkeeping with treasury management and financial planning responsibilities, offering a hands‑on experience in an investment fund environment.

Key responsibilities

• Treasury & Cash Management: Make necessary payments, manage cash flow, bank accounts and liquidity.
• Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Work with an external tax advisor for GST reporting and corporate tax returns.
• Financial Control & Reporting: Oversee a full set of accounts, ensure timely and accurate monthly bookkeeping, prepare annual financial statements, ensure compliance with financial regulations and SFRS standards, and implement financial controls.

Required profile

• At least a diploma in Accounting.
• 3‑5 years of finance experience, preferably within asset management or a hedge fund.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all organizational levels.
