Accountant – Full Set Accounting & Finance Operations

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous and responsible Accountant to manage the full spectrum of accounting functions and support our finance operations. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, organized and able to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets and bank reconciliations.
• Process payments and reconcile statements of account.
• Verify invoices for accuracy prior to payment.
• Perform month‑end closing and bank reconciliations.
• Manage intercompany recharges and reconciliations.
• Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Prepare schedules for fixed deposits, investments, interest income and related accounting entries.
• Liaise with outsourced accounting firm, providing necessary documents and schedules.
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably full‑set.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (INDEX‑MATCH, SUMIF/SUMIFS, PivotTables, PivotCharts).
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
