Accountant – Fund Operations & Reporting

About the role

Join Silverdale Capital, a MAS‑licensed fixed income fund manager, as an Accountant supporting fund operations and reporting. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate, timely financial processing in a fast‑moving capital markets environment.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with company staff, banks, custodians, fund administrators and brokers.
• Manage fund operations, ensuring accurate execution, reporting and risk management.
• Maintain real‑time document filing and bookkeeping.
• Create payment instructions and securities notifications.
• Settle trades and reconcile cash and securities.
• Complete accounting for the fund management company and investment SPVs.
• Handle staff reimbursements and other administration tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce.
• 1–6 years of experience in financial services.
• Minimum GPA of 4.00/5.00 (or equivalent).
• Strong communication, organisational abilities and integrity.
• Ability to work independently from day one and collaborate in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Tally.
• Advanced Excel skills.
