Accountant – SEAPAC Region

About the role

Join Edrington’s SEAPAC Finance Team as an Accountant supporting eight omni‑channel markets. You will ensure accurate financial closing, statutory reporting and data integrity for the region, working closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end and year‑end close activities, including journal entries, intercompany billing validation and accrual management.
• Manage compliance and statutory reporting for EMSB and the Vietnam Representative Office, covering corporate secretarial duties, tax filings and audit coordination.
• Maintain and update price lists in SAP, validate uploads against stock reports and support annual price maintenance.
• Prepare A&P Zero‑Based Budgeting inputs for all SEAPAC markets, updating GL mappings and populating forecasts.
• Assist marketers with timely A&P budget submissions and provide guidance on Concur expense claims.
• Review the monthly EMSB Management Report and oversee the external provider to ensure accurate overheads and accruals.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across regions and functions.
• Independent, disciplined and comfortable handling multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP for financial transactions and price maintenance.
• Experience with Concur expense management.
• Solid understanding of GL accounting, journal entries and month‑end close processes.
• Knowledge of statutory reporting, tax filings and audit coordination.
• Budgeting and financial analysis capabilities.
