Accounting Business Partner (Finance - Global Payment)

About the role

As an Accounting Business Partner for TikTok's overseas payments business, you will act as a strategic finance partner, supporting related‑party transaction design, payment entity forecasting, and capital‑structure evaluation. The role is based in Singapore and follows a full‑onsite work arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, manage and analyse related‑party transactions between financial and payment entities, establishing compliant processes and monitoring systems.
• Lead financial forecasting for payment entities, building flexible templates, defining metric systems and delivering regular forecast outputs.
• Monitor monthly financial‑compliance metrics, issue warnings, identify latent risks and propose corrective actions.
• Participate in new‑business entity evaluations, assessing equity structures, compliance efficiency and financial impact.
• Continuously optimise workflows, data standards and analytical efficiency using advanced tools and systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in fintech, with strong expertise in financial analysis, accounting, reporting and related‑party transaction management.
• Professional finance or accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA, CMA).
• Proven experience in budget‑to‑actual variance analysis and financial performance analysis for payment businesses.
• Excellent analytical, logical thinking and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
