Accounting Business Partner – Global Payments

About the role

As an Accounting Business Partner for TikTok's overseas payments business, you will act as a strategic finance partner, supporting related‑party transaction design, operational analysis, and business forecasting for payment entities. The role is based in Singapore and follows a full‑onsite work arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, manage, forecast and analyse related‑party transactions between financial and payment entities.
• Lead the creation of transaction structures, track outcomes and ensure proper income‑expense matching.
• Conduct in‑depth P&L profitability analysis and forecasting for payment entities.
• Provide insights on financial compliance risks to support decision‑making across payment, finance and partner teams.
• Participate in the evaluation of new business entities and assess capital structures suitable for growth.
• Monitor key financial metrics and strengthen financial risk controls.
• Continuously optimise workflows, data standards and analytical efficiency using advanced tools and systems.

Required profile

• Strong background in accounting or finance with experience in related‑party transactions.
• Proven ability to perform financial analysis, forecasting and profitability modelling.
• Experience working with payment or fintech entities is a plus.
• Excellent analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and influence decision‑making.
