Accounting Manager – 24‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to lead the finance function of our Singapore entity on a 24‑month fixed‑term basis. The role will oversee financial closing, statutory compliance and day‑to‑day finance operations while supporting intercompany and transfer‑pricing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close processes, reviewing journal entries, trial balances and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Perform variance and movement analysis, highlighting key drivers and potential risks.
• Serve as the local finance point of contact for IFRS‑related matters and ensure audit‑ready accounts.
• Oversee preparation and filing of statutory financial statements, corporate income tax returns and GST filings.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors and authorities on audit and compliance queries.
• Monitor changes in Singapore accounting and tax regulations and assess impact.
• Manage finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger activities.
• Identify and resolve process gaps, data issues or control deficiencies.
• Support intercompany transactions, settlements and transfer‑pricing documentation.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA, CPA or CA preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a finance manager role with exposure to external audit, tax compliance and finance operations.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, statutory compliance and IFRS.
• Experience working in a matrix environment and handling intercompany processes.
