Accounts Executive – Finance Operations

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Executive to support the finance operations of a management company and its intermediate holding entities. The role involves full‑cycle accounting, compliance, and audit support across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full sets of accounts for a management company and several holding companies.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, pre‑payments and supporting schedules.
• Process vendor invoices, payments and staff reimbursement claims in line with company policies.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including GST return preparation and filing.
• Support withholding tax payments as required.
• Coordinate year‑end audit, liaise with external auditors, and prepare statutory financial statements and ACRA submissions.
• Provide tax support, including monthly tax provision and annual income tax computation.
• Maintain organized accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple entities and deadlines.
• Proactive, responsible and eager to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
