Accounts Executive – Finance Operations

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accounts Executive to support our finance operations. This junior position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process weekly customer payments and vendor GIRO bills in the ERP system, reconciling entries against bank statements.
• Issue invoices to corporate partners and external partners for commissions and services.
• Book supplier invoices after goods receipt, prepare monthly payment runs, and reconcile external laboratory tests with customer billing.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and retrieve quarterly physical bills for management.
• Provide backup support to the Sales Operations team for customer invoicing as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum NITEC or Polytechnic Diploma in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized and able to manage routine reconciliation tasks.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy and data‑entry proficiency.
• Familiarity with ERP software and willingness to learn.
