About the role

We are looking for an Admin Assistant to provide general administrative duties, support the sales team and handle frontline clerical tasks in our Singapore office.

Key responsibilities

Attend telephone calls, answer general enquiries and receive walk‑in visitors.
Key in invoices, receive and transfer stocks, and control inventories.
Provide general administrative and project‑based support to the sales team.
Perform ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

Minimum O’ Levels or equivalent with passes in English, Chinese and Mathematics.
Bilingual in English and Chinese (oral and written) to communicate with Mandarin‑speaking customers and suppliers.
At least 1 year of similar experience is a plus.
Team player, fast learner, energetic with good people‑management skills and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Must be a Singaporean and able to start immediately.
