Admin Officer – Education (6‑Month Contract)

About the role

This is a six‑month contract position providing administrative support for education‑related processes. The role ensures smooth handling of examinations, course registrations, and exchange‑student matters across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the examination process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Assist with exchange programmes, online courses, and internship‑related matters.
• Support the review and processing of course results.
• Facilitate the course appeals process for incoming exchange students.
• Assist in the course registration process.
• Handle time‑sensitive activities such as data entry, record updates, and document preparation.
• Manage role‑based email accounts and process Leave of Absence requests.
• Assist with logistics for school events and provide ad‑hoc support to the Reporting Officer.

Required profile

• Junior executive level with ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
