About the role
The Administrative Assistant will serve as the operational anchor for Asurion’s Singapore office and warehouse. Reporting to the General Manager, the role blends office management, budget oversight, and employee engagement to ensure a safe, efficient, and vibrant workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, vendor relations, and facility safety.
- Manage the annual office budget, procurement vendors, and coordinate with Philippines‑based finance and security teams.
- Administer the Face Recognition access system, security passes, and locker allocations.
- Handle travel logistics using Navan and expense reconciliation with Concur.
- Support local leadership with meeting logistics, boardroom catering, and partner gift arrangements.
- Plan and execute CSR initiatives, team‑building events, and morale‑boosting “pulse” activities.
- Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes for Singapore staff.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of solid experience in office management, facility oversight, or executive assistance.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and procurement workflows.
- Strong coordination skills across functions and stakeholders.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Navan (travel management) and Concur (expense management).
- Advanced use of Slack and Microsoft Teams for real‑time communication.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience operating Face Recognition access systems and security pass databases.
