About the role
We are seeking an Administrative Business Partner II to support the VP of APAC within Pinterest’s Global Business Organization. The role will act as a strategic partner, ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and seamless logistics across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, aligning meeting cadences with business priorities and coordinating complex, large‑scale meetings.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, capture action items, and circulate notes for team and leadership sessions.
- Organise events and off‑site activities, handling venue research, logistics, and content preparation.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional partners such as HR, Recruiting, and Finance to support business initiatives.
- Reconcile expenses, process purchase orders, and manage swag and employee‑recognition budgets.
- Arrange travel itineraries and provide on‑ground support for offsite events in collaboration with Workplace and IT teams.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience supporting a Director‑level or higher executive.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent organisational abilities and capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative without supervision.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with gSuite, Slack, Workday, and Expensify.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Manus, or Perplexity.
