About the role
HDB is hiring an Administrative Executive to deliver quality services to flat applicants and residents. The role covers advising and interacting with applicants and residents on HDB Flat Eligibility letters, flat sales and resale, and housing loans, with the flexibility to take on different duties depending on manpower needs.
Key responsibilities
- Advise and interact with applicants, residents and relevant parties on eligibility letters, flat sales, resale and housing loans
- Prepare and verify documents and process applications
- Provide accounting and budgetary support and collect payments
- Support IT solution implementation by preparing user requirements and running acceptance testing
Required profile
- Passion for customer service
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking, strong organisational and project management skills, and resilience under pressure
- Meticulous, independent and numerate
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft software
