AI Cloud Platform Product Manager

About the role

Bitdeer, a technology company for Bitcoin mining and AI cloud headquartered in Singapore, is looking for an AI Cloud Platform Product Manager. You will own the overall product experience of the Bitdeer AI Cloud, working across compute, storage, networking and other product teams to build a simple, consistent and scalable cloud platform for AI developers and enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and continuous evolution of the AI Cloud Console, APIs and overall platform experience.
• Design and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, from onboarding and service activation to resource deployment, management, usage and billing.
• Build common platform capabilities across account and organization management, access control, resource management, usage and billing, notifications and platform operations.
• Work closely with compute, storage, networking and other product teams to deliver a unified cloud experience.
• Drive self-service and automation, reducing manual provisioning and operational processes.
• Engage with customers and developers and turn their needs and feedback into product solutions.
• Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Sales and Support to define priorities, build the roadmap and drive execution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in cloud, infrastructure or developer platforms.
• Experience building cloud consoles, cloud platforms or developer platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong product judgment, technical understanding and cross-functional leadership.
• Proven ability to drive the full product lifecycle from requirements and design through launch and iteration.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Preferred skills

• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and developer/enterprise customer workflows.
• Experience with large-scale public cloud, AI cloud or cloud infrastructure platforms.
