AI Deployment Manager

About the role

We are looking for the first AI Deployment Manager to partner with our strategic enterprise customers in Singapore. In this customer‑facing role you will drive adoption of Cursor’s AI‑powered coding tool, deliver measurable business value and influence both the product roadmap and customer implementation strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture deep relationships with engineering leaders and power users at key accounts.
• Partner with Field Engineering and Sales to ensure a seamless post‑sale experience.
• Drive adoption by aligning usage with business objectives and engineering goals.
• Guide customers on rollout best practices, prompt strategy, context configuration and internal enablement.
• Serve as the customer’s voice internally, influencing roadmap priorities.
• Provide strategic account planning and regular business reviews with VP‑ and CTO‑level stakeholders.
• Monitor account health, usage patterns and product engagement to support renewals and expansion.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and executive presence, comfortable whiteboarding with developers and presenting value to C‑suite.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and engineering organization structures.
• Fluent in technical workflows, AI tooling and developer productivity, even without full‑time engineering experience.
• Customer‑obsessed with strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Thrives in a fast‑moving startup environment – scrappy, proactive and adaptable.
• Experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success or consulting for enterprise software.
