About the role

Join Singtel’s Workforce Transformation team as an AI Future of Work Designer Intern. You will help shape how artificial intelligence reshapes jobs, skills and operating models across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of Singtel’s AI workforce transformation roadmap and strategic priorities.
• Research AI workforce trends, future skills, organisation design and emerging operating models.
• Analyse the impact of AI on roles and workforce requirements across business functions.
• Assist in designing future‑state roles, capabilities and workforce models for AI‑enabled teams.
• Consolidate business unit inputs into role frameworks, capability maps and transformation plans.
• Gather and synthesise stakeholder inputs, support workshops and prepare executive‑ready summaries.
• Prepare executive updates, leadership presentations and project reports, tracking progress and key decisions.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about AI, workforce transformation and business strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to conduct research and synthesize findings.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and executive reporting.
